I can't believe this is the first year using an independent travel agent!! Kirsty is brilliant! We have just got back from a last minute holiday, following Kirsty's recommendation. The resort was beautiful and somewhere we would not have considered. I am normally a huge control freak and manage all our bookings etc. but booking with Kirsty actually took the stress away and I felt like I just needed to turn up and enjoy my holiday. The little extras such as room with a view being requested, booking our private transfer and being on hand for help and advice, despite being with your own family on holiday, we were grateful for. This was my second booking with Kirsty in a matter of months (second trip is pending) and I won't be hesitating big or small to book through Kirsty again. Kirsty was amazing from start to finish of our Disneyland Paris holiday!
